If your product of choice is saying "out of stock" we strongly encourage you to pre-order. We have regular orders placed with our suppliers and stock is never far away. If in doubt, call (02) 9523 1984 and we will advise and reserve stock for you.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time : Whilst most products are in stock, sometimes we will have to confirm and send an order to the manufacturer within 24 hours from placement of your order. Depending on availability, the manufacturer processes and packs the order typically within 48 hours.
- Shipping Time : This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Items typically take 1-2 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer in busy periods or outside Metropolitan Areas.

Southside Waterproofing Supplies' online payment platform (stripe) is a Level 1 PCI DSS provider, meaning it is subject to the most rigorous controls and checks in the payments industry, ensuring they follow strict rules on handling sensitive financial data.

Shipping
We use both Sendle and a local courier to ship goods to you. We have focused on keeping delivery costs to a minimum, but also have sourced companies with reliability and accurate tracking. Occasionally shipping estimates can be calculated incorrectly, and we reserve the right to amend with your consent.
