WHERE TO USE
For forming bonded, unbonded, and oating screeds on new and existing slabs in interiors and exteriors prior to installing wood, PVC, linoleum, ceramic tile, natural stone, carpet or other oor coverings in areas where fastdrying screeds are required in order to lay oorings in a short time.
Some application examples
Forming screeds that are traf cable in 12 hours and completely dry in 4 days, for installing wood parquet and resilient flooring such as rubber, PVC, linoleum, etc.
Screeds that are ready to receive ceramic tiles after 24 hours and natural stone ooring after 2 days.
Waterproofing with a Mapei waterproofing membrane after 2 days.
Repairing screeds in areas where it is required to lay oorings in a short time (e.g. supermarkets, shops, residences, of ces, etc.).
Forming heated screeds without the need for plasticizers.

TECHNICAL DATA:
Mixing ratio: 1 20 kg bags of TOPCEM PRONTO with 1.4 litres of water. Workability time: 40-60 minutes. Set to light foot traffic: after 12 hours. Waiting time before laying: 24 hours for ceramic tiles, 2 days for natural stone and 4 days for resilient and wood coverings. Residual humidity after 4 days: less than 2%. EMICODE: EC1 Plus - very low emission. Storage: 12 months. Application: tapping and flattening with a straight edge. Consumption: 18-20 kg/m² per cm of thickness according to the grade of compacting. Thermal efficiency: ? = 2,008 W/mK. Packaging: 20 kg bags.
